Aurélien holds a BSc degree in Chemistry with a minor in Petroleum Technology from the University of Buea (Cameroon). He also obtained an MSc degree in Chemistry from the same university and worked for his thesis on the synthesis of 1-(hetero)aryl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolines as potential anti-infective drugs.
In 2022, he completed a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Bioinformatics in the Günther group (University of Freiburg, Germany). His research focuses on expediting small-molecule drug discovery through the integration of chemogenomics databases with predictive modeling.
